Brent D. Coldiron
Coldiron Law

Clients are best served by the prevention of legal problems through careful and thorough advice given prior to their entering into transactions and business arrangements. When a legal problem does arise, clients will be assisted in finding the most practical and cost-effective solution, which may or may not include litigation.

Standards of Practice

All work is done timely and skillfully. Clients are kept informed at various stages by copies of relevant correspondence, documents, and pleadings that we produce, send, or receive on their behalf. Telephone calls are answered as promptly as possible. Information given by clients is held in strict confidence. Our goal is to see that clients receive quality legal services..

Fees and Costs

I charge a reasonable fee. In most cases I can quote a fixed set fee for the service to be rendered. My fee is based on the amount of time spent, the complexity of the case, skill required, and similar factors. The fee will be discussed and agreed to in writing before work starts. Personal injury and similar cases are accepted on a contingency fee basis.

Let Me Introduce Myself

My name is Brent D. Coldiron and I am a lawyer in the Oklahoma City, Edmond and Midwest City areas. Over the last 41 years I have been helping many people like you with their legal matters.

I have been serving the central Oklahoma area since 1976. My law practice is focused in Elder Law, but other legal matters can be handled by attorneys associated with my practice. In this way I provide to individuals and businesses a full range of legal representation. I am a native of Oklahoma City, graduated from the University of Oklahoma School of Law with a Juris Doctorate and was licensed to practice law in 1976. I am the founding member of my law firm. The firm focuses its practice in Elder law: estate planning, trusts, wills, guardianship law, for adults and minors, probate, Medicaid planning for long term nursing home costs, estate and trust closings, will contests, and trust litigation.
